Do you bulk bill at the practice?


In dentistry, there is no such thing as a bulk bill (except for certain government dental schemes).


However, we are affiliated with a few private health fund companies to help maximise your insurance cover. Some of these funds are Australian Unity, nib, CBHS and BUPA.

What out-of-pocket expenses will I be charged?


It all depends on your level of cover & how much your health fund rebates you. Contact us and we'll be more than happy to provide you with a quote.


Due to our competitive prices, your out-of-pocket expenses are usually minimal or not at all. We welcome patients from all funds as well!

Do you have a payment plan?


We do not believe that you should spend what you cannot really afford. Hence we are happy to discuss alternative treatment options which will be affordable & achievable for each patient with their best interest at heart.


What do you mean by Preventative & Minimal Intervention Dentistry?


At our practice, we believe your teeth are for life. Hence we promote preventative dentistry with regular reminders for routine check-ups and regular maintenance to detect and treat any cavities (holes) at an early stage. If left untreated, a tooth can become unsalvageable.




Do you carry out wisdom teeth extractions or implants?


Unfortunately, we do not carry out these treatments but we are able to refer you to a specialist who performs these treatments regularly.



Do you carry out orthodontic work?


Dr. Madeleine Cheah can offer Short Term Orthodontic (STO) treatment to adults over a period of 6 – 12 months for selected cases using the Quick Straight Teeth (QST) method.
